Get ready for non-stop action with unlimited abilities, random champions, and pure fun in this returning fan-favorite mode!
What Is ARURF?
ARURF (All Random Ultra Rapid Fire) is a special League of Legends game mode that throws strategy out the window and replaces it with pure chaos. In ARURF, abilities have almost no cooldowns, mana and energy costs don't exist, and champions move way faster than usual. Unlike regular URF—where you can pick your champion—ARURF gives you a random one, making every match unpredictable.
Originally meant as an April Fools' joke, URF became a fan-favorite, and now Riot Games brings it back every now and then for special events. It's all about non-stop action, insane ability spam, and ridiculous plays that you'd never see in a normal match.
When Is ARURF Available?
The fun has already started! ARURF is live in League of Legends right now and will stick around for Act 1 of Season 1 in 2025. So if you want to spam abilities like crazy, you've got plenty of time to enjoy the madness.
Which Champions Are the Most Fun in ARURF?
Honestly, every champ can do wild stuff in ARURF, but some are just built for chaos. Here are a few to watch out for:
Lux – Fires her laser again and again with barely any wait time.
Shaco – Covers the map in traps and jumps out of nowhere to wreck opponents.
Zed – Uses his shadows constantly to dodge, attack, and confuse enemies.
Karthus – Spams his global ult so much that enemies barely get a break.
If you love fast-paced, over-the-top action, ARURF is the perfect mode to jump into—just don't expect a fair fight!
